Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marsdrop is a free file-sharing service. Using it never requires a payment, an account, or a subscription. The support page simply lets people who want to chip in toward the running costs do so voluntarily.

Any amount you give on the support page is a voluntary contribution — a tip to help keep Marsdrop online, fast, and ad-free. You receive no product, service, subscription, feature, or other deliverable in exchange. Nothing about the service is gated behind a payment.

Because a contribution is a one-off gift and not a purchase:

• Each contribution is a single, intentional, one-time payment — there is no recurring or subscription billing of any kind.
• There is nothing to cancel, because no order, plan, or service is created by a contribution.
• Contributions are non-refundable, as no goods or services are exchanged for them.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a payment you didn't authorize — please email hello@marsdrop.in with the details and we'll look into it in good faith.

Contributions are processed securely by Razorpay. Marsdrop never sees or stores your card, UPI, or banking details — those are handled entirely by the payment provider.
