Can I share files without an account?
Yes. Marsdrop is file sharing with no registration — no account, no email, and no password. You drop a file, get a link, and share it. The recipient doesn't need an account either.
Is free file sharing without registration safe?
It is when files are encrypted on your device. Marsdrop encrypts every file in your browser with AES-256-GCM before upload, and the key never reaches our servers — so 'free and no sign-up' doesn't mean 'exposed'.
Do I have to give an email address?
No. There's no email, no verification, and no profile. Marsdrop collects only a hashed (not raw) IP for rate limiting and nothing that identifies you.
Is it really free?
Yes, Marsdrop is free to use with no account. Files are encrypted, shareable by link, and auto-delete on expiry.
